(minimum 100 words) I wish to be a staff member in this community as I have a fondness for all aspiring servers along with SCP servers in general. I have experience with growing communities and I figured, 'Why not?'  Another reason that I wish to be staff is due to general fact that I have far too much free time that I would like to dedicate to something meaningful that doesn't have to do with working more hours at my job. Overall, I just see it as a fun experience that I could use to grow this community. While on duty you notice that a well known and respected member of the community is actively mass RDMing and breaking the rules.  I would start out by asking him why he is doing this whilst having him jailed. I would tally up each time he RDM'ed and broke other rules before divvying up the punishments. Just because he is well known doesn't mean he is exempt from punishments.
